Our 2020 CSA is now full. Thank you for your support in this unusual season! Look for us at The North Adams Farmers Market in early June when our crops come in.
The CSA season at Many Forks Farm runs for 20 weeks starting in mid-June and running through October. A farm share for the 2020 season is $575 and will typically furnish fresh vegetables for two adults who love fresh vegetables, or perhaps a family of two adults and one-two very young children. But eating habits vary so widely! Go to What is in a share to see what we are growing this coming season and get a snapshot of what you can expect from week to week. If you are new to CSA, you may want to take a look at this link: Is CSA Right for You?
Shares are distributed at the farm on Wednesdays between 4:00PM and 7:00PM.
PLEASE NOTE: If necessary as a safety precaution in regards to the COVID-19 virus, we will pre-box our CSA shares for a drive-through pickup.
Produce is selected from what is available that week. Additional crop offerings may be u-pick when in season – such as cherry tomatoes, peas, beans and raspberries. There is a cutting garden to gather herbs and flowers. You see growing crops growing first hand, get a chance to talk to the farmers, and can enjoy the beauty of the farm.
CSA farm members are invited to come to the farm on other weekdays to pick flowers & herbs in the cutting gardens, have a picnic, walk the farm trail, or show a friend around the farm.
REDUCED-PRICE SHARES available. SNAP/HIP can be used for payment. PLEASE GET IN TOUCH: email@example.com or call 413-281-1814
Each participating household is asked to volunteer for a two-hour session at some point during the season. Your volunteer time is helpful to the farm and a chance for you to experience additional aspects of the farm. CSA distribution time is a great time to volunteer. Help set up, re-stock, meet and speak with farm members. Volunteer work sessions are held from time to time that you may join in, or you are always welcome to arrange a time. Perhaps you have a special skill or talent that would be helpful to the farm – just let us know!
